Terms and Conditions Agreement of toydreams.de

toydreams.de offers a free "data trading place" for toys.

1. by entering and submitting data to toydreams.de,the user automatically acknowldges and agrees with the terms and conditions of toydreams.de.

2. only merchandise classified as toys is allowed to be posted. The posted toy must be at least 20 years old.

3. the posted merchandise must be owned by the person posting it.

4. it is not allowed to post merchandise, which is considered prohibited or unlawful.

5. any statements made about the merchandise must be fair, honest and truthful.

6. it is prohibited to advertisers to provide links to other advertisers or websites during the period their merchandise is posted at toydreams.de.

7. toydreams.de reserves the right to remove or not post any objectionable or unacceptable information or material that violats this agreement. Failure to comply will make you lose your right to access our databank.

8. it is between the buyer and seller to set the conditions for the sale. Toydreams.de can not be held liable for any legal actions or lawsuits between buyer an seller. toydreams.de wants to point out, that toydreams.de only provides the service of a trading place for our advertising partners.

9. under no circumstances shall toydreams.de be liable for any damages that result in any way from using our service or damages, that result from any business taking place while using our service.
Legal actions against toydreams.de are hereby excluded. toydreams.de does not warrant, that the advertisers`statements are correct and complete. toydreams.de is in no way liable for misrepresentation by the advertiser.
